The Harp Quarterly was created in 2014 and is a long-distance coaching session for harp students and professionals that arrives in your inbox four times a year. Filled with technique exercises, arrangements to help build a diverse repertoire, music history, theory exercises and more, The Harp Quarterly covers all things harp-related with a strong emphasis on technique and arrangements.
The impetus for The Harp Quarterly came from her work with students of all ages and abilities across the globe in conservatory, workshop, and masterclass settings. Every issue includes technique work as well as at least one full-length solo harp arrangement suitable for lever and pedal harps. Topics are structured around requests from subscribers and past issues have included arrangements of American Ragtime, Traditional Music from Ireland, Lithuania, Sweden and Scotland, 16th century lute music, Romani melodies, Old Timey tunes, music of the English Renaissance, Harpsichord music from the Baroque era, World War I classics, and more!
